Unfortunately, I don't have any solutions. Reinstalling solves some problems in some places for some people (how's that for being wishy-washy?), but I can't say that it would fix anything for you. I can not match items even if they are in my register correct and my vendor list is completely missing. I get error messages that I have to click out of 4 times to continue.
