		<description>Using SmartVault just got a lot easier. Employees can now fax or upload their own documents through Virtual Software (www.virtualsoftware.net) and accountants can review them before sending them directly to SmartVault and QuickBooks. Accountants no longer need to scan documents. That&#039;s a big time saver.
