FAQ:Where Is Google Desktop Search For QuickBooks 2010?
Starting with QuickBooks 2010, QuickBooks Search with Google Desktop is disabled by default. There are a couple of reasons stated by Intuit – it takes a lot of resources, and there are some compatibility issues with Windows 7.
