QuickBooks 2018 R10 Released
Intuit has released QuickBooks 2018 R10, a maintenance release. This update should be available via automatic updates soon, if it isn’t already. You can also go to the QuickBooks Update site to download the patch.
The changes are:
- Accountant’s Copy File Transfer: There are some unspecified changes to provide “better collaboration with accountants.” Not sure what exactly was changed.
- Payroll Onboarding: Intuit has improved the in-product Payroll purchase experience to make it simpler and faster. “Express Setup” lets you quickly add employees, set up their pay and benefits, and run the first payroll.
- Payroll Reports: You can now generate State Mandated Retirement reports for states that require reporting of retirements deductions from each paycheck.
