| April 15, 2021

Intuit has released QuickBooks 2019 R15, which resolves a a bug and makes a few user experience adjustments. Not a big deal for most users, but get the update if any of these issues affect you.

This update should be available via automatic updates. You can also go to the QuickBooks Update site to download the patch.

The main bug that is fixed was a problem where a Processed Payment Receipt wasn’t aligned after processing the transaction.

Other changes:

  • In QuickBooks Enterprise, a non-Admin user with the accounts payable user role can now send a “request for access” to the Admin to join the Intuit account for this company.
  • When accessing Manage My QuickBooks account from the Help menu, you no longer are required to sign in to the Intuit account if you have done so elsewhere in this company file.
  • When activating direct deposit for payroll, a user that is not an Admin user can send a “request for access” to the Admin.
