QuickBooks 2019 R16 Released

| October 21, 2021

Intuit has released QuickBooks 2019 R16 for the desktop, with very few changes.

This update should be available via automatic updates. You can also go to the QuickBooks Update site to download the patch.

QuickBooks 2019 R16 User Management Changes

Intuit continues to refine how QuickBooks works with the Intuit Account. This is used to allow you to connect to Intuit online services of various types. With this update, the QuickBooks Admin will be required to sign in to their Intuit Account if they have not done so for a long time.

Bug Fixes

The only bug fix that I’m aware of is that with this release you now can open your memorized reports that were created with QuickBooks 2018 or older. After installing this update you will need to “rebuild data”, which will repair the reports.
