QuickBooks Item List – Columns
The Item List in QuickBooks can be modified to show different columns, which can make it more useful for you. There are some odd features here that I’d like to explain, in this quick tip.
Multiple Invoice Number Sequence in QuickBooks
QuickBooks will automatically generate the next sequential invoice number when you are creating invoices. In some cases, though, you may want to have more than one sequence of numbers. Perhaps you have two divisions of your company, each with its own invoice numbering. Or you want to track classes of sales – with one sequence for retail sales and another for wholesale sales. This is easy to set up in QuickBooks.
QuickBooks 2009 and Online Banking – Some Fixes
In prior posts about the new Online Banking feature (here and here) I talked about the problems with this feature in the initial 2009 release. I’m posting some information from Intuit about some updates they are making in December, as well as a link to a video they have produced. Note that these releases apply to the Windows versions only, at this time.
