Custom Fields in QuickBooks Enterprise 10

I discussed custom fields in QuickBooks in an article last year, and it is one of the most popular articles in my blog. Many users depend on custom fields to add features to invoices, sales orders and estimates (and more). Helpful QuickBooks Tips

Today I’m going to throw out a few miscellaneous small tips that may help you when you are working with QuickBooks. No particular theme, just a random collection.

If any of you have some helpful tips to add, pass them on in a comment here! I’ll add them to the article.

Copying QuickBooks Form Templates

A very common question I see in the Intuit Community forums is “I’ve created a custom template for my invoices, can I copy that over to my sales orders and other forms?” Today’s quick tip describes how you can easily accomplish this.

Saving your Customized Forms

Most people customize the forms that they use in QuickBooks. If you put in a lot of time setting them up, do you want to take a chance on losing them? They might not be as safe as you think…
